We are a small family owned business based out of Elk Grove, CA. Through trial and error, we decided to closed our storefront showroom to stay in business. In doing so, our prices are drastically reduced, saving the comsumer a lot of money as well.
Everything on our website is available to order or backorder. Availability of each item will varies when an order is placed. Like any other On-line dealer or Storefront dealer, we order directly from the manufacturer when you place your order. Although this is a e-commerce era, your purchase will be as safe and secure as if you were to walk into a store and purchase this. We only need a small 10% security deposit when an order is placed. The balance will be on delivery (extra fee) or when you pick up the order in Elk Grove.
We do offer deliver within a 2hr one-way drive from 95624 for a minimal delivery fee, including to San Jose, Chico, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, as far east as Reno, and as far south as Fresno. You are also welcome to pick up your order in Elk Grove to save on any delivery fees.
While we are a small family own business, customer service and your total satisfaction is always our number one priority and concern. Buying over the internet is always a risky transactions, especially with all the unknown. We offer a full 100% refund on less any delivery fees. To return any items, it must be in brand new unused condition and all items packaging are required. Without these conditions, it will be a 20% restocking fee. If you don't like it after you order it, then you don't have to buy it, as Simple as that.
To place an order, the process is simple. Upon deciding what you like to order, we only ask for a small 10% security deposit via Visa or MC. The remaining balance will be due at pickup or delivery. We accept Visa/MC, Cashier Check, Personal Check (on a case by case), and of course Cash.
